Although a development application has been submitted to build a new cinema on the roof of the old Paramount building in Surry Hills, the project is under threat from perennial resident objections and continual council deferrals.
In short, it needs your support. Although the development plan was based on existing town planning laws, is acoustic compliant and observes zoning rules, the project is continually being stalled.
