Dress Up AW13 Lookbook

Shot by Christopher Morris, possibly inspired by Meg Ryan c. 1998.

Dress Up designer Stephanie Downey has got no bullshit dressing down to a tee. To put it more eloquently, the label has become known for its subtle, simple and considered approach to fashion. While summer was about bright block colours and exaggerated florals, AW13 takes on a more 'serious' tone.

Maybe I am tripping balls and/or have questionable taste in film but I'm going to put forward You've Got Mail as a possible source of inspiration for the collection. If not this rom-com classic in particular, there is definitely still a relaxed late 90s feel with turtlenecks (don't be afraid, embrace it), primary colours and cropped, boxy jackets.

Release your inner Meg Ryan and check out the lookbook above, shot by Christopher Morris.
