Dress Up SS13 Lookbook Shot by Rene Vaile
Hurry up summer!
Oyster contributor Rene Vaile shot the lookbook for Dress Up's SS13 collection, 'Ladies Invited'. For Melbourne-based designer Stephanie Downey, this season is all about bright colours and no-fuss classic shapes, with large-scale, tropical-inspired prints thrown in to set off the summertime vibes.
Collared shirts, belted maxi skirts and high-waisted, pleated pants are rendered in summery linen, cotton and jersey. The mix-and-match possibilities are endless as hot pink, mustard and vivid cerulean are paired with neutrals. The white shirt and gold foil shorts combo are a definite win — polished, with just the right amount of bling.
