Music guy-about-town Smokey LaBeef (of the Jingle Jangle and Strange Fruit listening parties) has combined forces with the the good folks at Freda's in Chippendale to bring us a Queen's Birthday Bazaar party this Sunday. It'll be a day/night of mad decent tunes, cheap drinks (hello $10 Pimms No.1 and $5 Kolsch) and a tasty Southern Turkish-inspired spit roast, among other delicious treats.
Did we mention that entry is free? It is. Did you know that doors open at midday? They do. It goes till late too, so you can party all through the night and welcome your Monday public holiday hangover in style, via the sweet sounds of:
