Jonathan Zawada Guest Playlist
We asked the artist / graphic designer to make us a mixtape.
We asked illustrious graphic designer / artist Jonathan Zawada to create a playlist for us and answer a few quick questions. Previously based in Sydney and now in LA, he's exhibited locally at the likes of Monster Children and the Australian Centre for Photography, and he's also shown in Barcelona and at LA's Prism gallery. Commercially, his clients have been as wide and varied as the New York Times, Play Station, Ksubi, Coke, Tina Kalivas, Lovewant and The Presets, lending himself to everything from website design, illustration, art direction, developing fabric prints, animation and beyond. He is also the guy behind genius blog Fashematics, co-creator of backstage fashion comic Petit Mal! (which he made with our Creative Director Shane Sakkeus), and part of the Trust Fun collective (also made up of Shane, and Jonathan's wife, Annie Wright-Zawada).

If you could create a video clip for any artist ever, who would it be and why?
Bjork, because I've wanted to for about as long as I can remember and her videos have pretty much shaped the way I think about music visuals.
Check out his playlist here, and head over to his Rdio to see what else he's been listening to:
