Jourdan Dunn Speaks Out On Twitter
I swear some people need to learn how to do black hair/skin.
Gone are the days when point of view was restricted to the moderated arenas of the oponion column and talk-back radio. Enter the Twitter age —a proverbial playground of point-of-view, where no opinion goes unheard. Case in point: Jourdan Dunn's Twitter-pinion*, posted from Paris Fashion Week at 1:19 pm on 3 October. The stunning 21-year-old British supermodel piped up via Twitter, saying: "I swear some people need to learn how to do black hair/skin". Ouch!
Some heavy-duty sleuthing unearths that Dunn walked in two shows that day, the first being Emanuel Ungaro at 11 am, followed by Giambattista Valli, which was scheduled for 1:30 pm. It isn't clear whether it was the Ungaro or the Valli hair and make-up styling (or, in Dunn's opinion, lack thereof) which sparked Dunn's frustration — or, indeed, if it was either at all, but as to whether her accusations are accurate, we'll let you be the judge.
