kate moss & rimmel vs wheels & dollbaby
Which budding designer will Kate choose?
It's been a decade-long partnership for Rimmel and Kate Moss. Since 2001, at the very beginning of the noughties when she was shot by Rankin and with Rimmel enhanced eyelashes, Kate Moss immortalised Rimmel's 'London Look' with her face (and that voice-over urging you to "get the London look").
We told you a few months ago that as part of the ten year celebrations, Rimmel have decided to let Mrs Jamie Hince design her own line of cosmetics. To boot, Australian label Wheels & Dollbaby have hijacked the action, teaming up with Rimmel and Moss to hunt for new designers via a national t-shirt design competition. Wheels & Dollbaby designer Melanie Greensmith has already narrowed the field down to final five designs, and so now it's left to Kate to choose the best of the bunch.
The winner will be announced after a runway show this week that will present the top five designs. The one deemed best by Miss Moss will become an exclusive Wheels & Dollbaby tee sold later this year to coincide with the release of Kate's Rimmel range ? due to hit stores in Australia this October.
