Larry David Is Bringing The Old Crew Back For New 'Curb Your Enthusiasm'

*Deletes social life.*

Americans prob don't need any help curbing their enthusiasm right now, what with them about to find out if Donny 'American Psycho' Trump is about to be the next president and all. But that hasn't stopped Larry David from dropping the news that he's getting the gang back together for the ninth season of Curb Your Enthusiasm. Raise a glass of some vanilla bullshit, latte-cappa thing and toast to this beautiful news!

According to reports, husband-and-wife duo Ted Danson and Mary Steenburgen, will return to once more play themselves on Larry's long-running HBO series. They'll be joined by other core cast members, including Larry himself, Jeff Garlin, Cheryl Hines and Susie Essman. Good.
They're not just getting the on-screen band back together either — Jeff Schaffer is back to executive produce the season with Larry. David Mandel and Alec Berg will also help out on top of doing their own shows — Veep and Silicon Valley, and Barry, respectively. Pretty, pretty promising stuff!

There's no official release date just yet, but Jeff promised it "won't be long" until we're back under our doonas, covered in chip crumbs, binge-watching another season of Curb

"It won't be long. It won't be long. Geologically speaking, it'll be a blink of an eye," Jeff told The Hollywood Reporter. "Whether the next season of Curb came out one year later, three years later, five years later, 20 years later — detailing the petty behaviour of the selfish and the self-serving is an evergreen business." Amen.

I guess all we can do now is...
