Listen: 'She Smells So Nice' By The Doors (Previously Unreleased)

An unheard song has been unearthed after 40 years.

Fax your father: a previously unreleased song by The Doors dating back 40 years has just been released - via the band's Facebook, no less. Featuring the band's OG line-up (the late lead singer Jim Morrison, organist Ray Manzarek, guitarist Robby Krieger, and drummer John Densmore) 'She Smells So Nice' was unearthed by Bruce Botnick, who co-produced the Doors' last studio album L.A. Woman in 1971, months before the death of the infamous frontman. Botnick was listening to old session tapes while working on remastering L.A. Woman (which will be re-released as a super special 40th anniversary edition on January 20) when he happened upon the long-lost, blues-y track. Legit. Listen below:
