Oyster Mix: Lovefingers

His Australian tour kicks off this week!

Operating under the alias Lovefingers, Andrew Hogge is a disco DJ from NYC who needs no introduction to anyone vaguely involved with the dance scene. His music involvement knows no boundaries really. To give some small indication of the man's eclectic scope, know that he formerly drummed for Ariel Pink's Haunted Graffiti (around eight years ago), runs a collective called ESP Institute that is responsible for much dance-related satisfaction, and has this little namesake website via which a multitude of respected tunes are unearthed to a dedicated fan base. He's also starting his Australian tour this week! We have a live mix he recorded us from his set at Beatbox in San Francisco in June this year to celebrate the fact:

Lovefingers Australian tour dates:

December 21 — Slow Blow at Goodgod Small Club, Sydney
December 26 — Wednesdays at The Bird (with Michael Ozone), Perth
December 27 — Sugar, Adelaide
December 30  — Noise In My Head (live mix on RRR radio), Melbourne
December 31 — Marrickville Warehouse (with Canyons and Bell Towers), Sydney
January 1 — Animals Dancing at The Bridge (with Marcellus Pittman and Psychemagik), Melbourne
