Rihanna & Chris Brown Collaborate on Song (Update)

WTF... Listen to the remix here.

Rihanna will collaborate with Chris Brown on a remix of her track 'Birthday Cake'. This comes as really unsettling news considering the fact that her then-boyfriend brutally beat her in 2009 including trying to push her out of a moving car, shoving her head against the passenger window, punching her repeatedly, biting her, choking her and threatening to kill her. Terrible human is an understatement.

'Birthday Cake' appears on Rihanna's album Talk That Talk, with lyrics including "I know you wanna bite this/ It's so enticing / Nothing else like this, I'ma make you my bitch/ And it's not even my birthday / But you wanna put your name on it." Brown has recorded two verses for the remix and co-producers, Da Internz, have told MTV that the accompanying video will be just as shocking, saying, "The visual has to go with it because everybody's going to be like, 'Oh my god!'" We don't even want to know.

Brown apparently tried to pick up a woman last week saying, "Can I get your number? I promise I won't beat you!" The worst thing is that it seems like there's a whole lot of ladies out there who would actually be wooed by this line...

The world is a disgusting place.

UPDATE WEDNESDAY 22/02/12:

Coinciding with Rihanna's 24th birthday, the 'Birthday Cake' remix collaboration between Rihanna and Chris Brown has been released, along with a remix of Chris Brown's 'Turn Up The Music' on which Rihanna provides vocals. Not forgetting that he BRUTALLY ASSAULTED HER (see above), the sexually-loaded lyrics of 'Birthday Cake' are pretty gross, Brown rapping that he's going to "give it to her in the worst way." We believe you.

And 'Turn Up The Music (Remix)':

Please note the 'Top Comment' of the aforementioned video:

The world is still a disgusting place.
