RiRi update! Don't roll your eyes — this is a good one. On the Abu Dhabi leg of her
Getting People Arrested Diamonds World Tour, the singer/lover of animals and sex shows held an impromptu Instagram photo shoot outside the revered Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque. heroine's actions. Is she being disrespectful, or super-considerate? Glamourising and therefore trivialising a religious building/dress code? Or doing the locals proud by showing the Instagram world that modesty can be cool? We're so confused, you guys. It's not for us to call. Let's let the people decide. The Instagram commentators, that is. Here's just a few of the 'for and againsts' currently available to those who could ever be bothered lurking through the comments section.
@manelfennira: Thanks Rihanna, for your respect for my religion.
@goyahedayat: Lighten Up! She's covered and outside the mosque just taking some photos. What she does is between her and Allah. If she went into the premises and posed sexually, thats different. Geez.
@teeefenty: For everyone who thinks this is disrespectful, she's covered up from head to toe. If this was a regular person, none of you would have thought about it.
@eunicevicta: I love how you're patronising other cultures.
@aljawharahamad: An apology is needed for that disrespectful action.
@andrewgashley: You look like a dildo.
