Topshop Collaborates with Facebook for LFW Runway Extravaganza
Enjoy front row fashion via the internet!
If you've ever read a fashion magazine or a fashion blog or walked past that perfectly styled girl on the street and said to yourself — Liz Lemon style — "I want to go to there" then Topshop have the answer for you. Their London Fashion Week show is happening this Sunday and, basically, it's the future. There's a lot going on, so here's an easy-to-navigate dotpoint list to help you prepare to enjoy the fashions from the comfort of the domestic sphere:
∙ Watch the show online and pretend you're sandwiched between Alexa Chung and Harley Newton: The show will be livestreamed at topshop.com.

∙ Buy the clothes and pretend you're a powerful editrix who merely has to point at something in order to have your Assistant rush out and buy it for you: You'll be able to to order the pieces directly off the runway ie: a model walks the runway, you like her blouse, maybe in a different colour to better suit your skin tone, click, click, and it's yours.
∙ Buy the make-up and look really good within 48 hours: You may have to wait a little llonger for the clothes, but the make-up can be yours within two days of the show.

∙ Set up your own virtual nail bar and get your nails did: Do your own nail art inspired by the show with with handy online tutorials.
∙ Take your own runway photos and pretend you're in the front row: The livestream will have a nifty little 'shoot the show' function where you can basically take close-up screenshots of the stuff you want.
∙ Download the soundtrack: You just know — because it's London and because it's Topshop and because it's fashion — that they're going to use really good music. You'll be able to download it all immediately during and after the show. Brit-girl Agyness Deyn might even download it!

∙ Tweet your review and pretend you're a fashion critic (aren't we all?): Post your 140-character-or-less review on Twitter after the show on Sunday and win VIP tickets to their next Topshop show. Your tweet will also be famous, appearing live on topshop.com as it happens.
Blurring the lines between entertainment and shopping, you are likely to be positively drunk with excitement and stimulation come this Sunday. Says Justin Cooke, Topshop's Chief Marketing Officer: "We want to take the energy and the excitement of our iconic Oxford street store to millions of people all over the world through Topshop.com."
Watch the Topshop Unique SS13 show live on Sunday 16 September, at 3pm GMT (work out the time difference in HERE to avoid confusion and disappointment).
