Vincent Gallo Is Suing LA

Is that even possible?

The usually-surly Vincent Gallo, who’s had beef with pretty much everyone in the film industry, has now taken offence to the whole city of Los Angeles. The bearded actor/director and G-Star model has filed a lawsuit against the ‘Arts District Business Improvement District’ (the district of districts), an organization that attempts to upgrade downtown LA's arts hood when it’s not getting sued. As TMZ reports, Vincent thinks taxpayers are being given the short end of the stick as the government program is run by a private company.

Gallo’s aim is to permanently close the program and return all its money to the good people of Nottingham LA, from which it was stolen. Considering the organisation’s made $1.3 million since it first began, that’s pretty ambitious — even for the guy who tried to sell his own semen on his merch website, noting his impeccable genetics and well-endowed privates, as displayed in the NSFW film, Brown Bunny.

Will he win? Maybe. After all the man is nothing if not a hustler, as he explained to Bleach in the late 90s: “As a hustler I've done many things. You should really believe it when I tell you that, `cause Im not being sarcastic. Im a total hustler."

Now read our interview from issue #96 with the man himself!
