Watch: Chance The Rapper Covers Arthur Theme Song

What a wonderful kind of day.
Hands up who can't stand DW? *everyone raises hand* While Arthur's sister might have been a royal pain in the arse, the protagonist of nostalgia-breeding cartoon, Arthur was a OG and a legend. With an uplifting theme song by Ziggy Marley and a strong cast of multi-species/cultural animals — it's no wonder that equally uplifting artist, Chance The Rapper covered the show's opening track recently.

While the Oyster #103 boy's version delves into jazzier territory than the original, it's pretty darn great. If only there was a HQ version! Side note — did you know that after 200 episodes, Arthur is still running? From all reports, it's a lot crappier these days though.

Chance gets it. This song is not only catchy as all get out; it could melt the most cynical of stone cold hearts. It really is a wonderful kind of day and we really should learn to work and play, and get along with each other. #Feels: warm and/or fuzzy. Love you guys. Love you Chance
