Yoko Ono x MCA Sydney

City gets prepared for influx of hippies.

Sydney's Museum of Contemporary Art is setting aside three whole months to give peace a chance. Well, to give Yoko Ono a chance. The MCA is the only Australian venue that will exhibit her collection of works called War Is Over! (if you want it), and it will be her first solo exhibition in Sydney.

Pieces in the collection will take a range of forms from performances to sculptures and interactive stuff. The exhibition runs from November 2013 to February 2014, so you'll have to wait another year, which is no real biggie because we love Yoko and she loves us. "Until then Sydney, think peace, act peace, spread peace. I love you," she says in the exhibition's press release.

War Is Over! (if you want it) will be on display as part of the Sydney International Art Series.
