Oyster Exclusive: Ellery FW17 Art Series And Film

Art angels.

The absolutely beaut Ellery FW17 collection has just landed in stores and, to celebrate, Ellery have come up with an artistic way to represent the pieces.

Instead of your usual image set, this release sees a runway film, edited by Duc Thinh Dong and accompanied by magical music from Maxime Sokolinski. Runway footage is interrupted by psychedelic backstage scenes, helping to tell the story of the collection: “the electric awakening of a traditional, bourgeois woman who goes on a journey of self-discovery.”

Along with the film, arty image parings have been put together by photographer Sascha Heintze and Kym Ellery. So chic!
