Collection Survey: Maxine Beiny SS18

Maxine Beiny’s AW17 left us dead on the floor for real. It featured shirting with ridiculously cool collars, thigh slits and cardigans with sex appeal — pulled together with o-ring belts, slightly speedy sunnies, chunky sneakers and half clipped back bangs.

For SS18, Maxine Beiny has not disappointed — it is very ‘dress for the job you want, not for the job that is crippling your ability to literally just live your best life’ and presents some very OTT fabric combinations. When we asked Maxine to fill out our collection survey, we were not surprised by the amount Jenny Humphery/Gossip Girl references.
