Marc Jacobs Is Really Having A Grunge Moment, Brings Back Anna Sui SS93

MOOD.

After relaunching his infamous Perry Ellis Grunge collection — you know it, the one that got him fired — Marc Jacobs continues to smell like teen spirit as he keeps the 90s alive with yet another nostalg resurrection. This time it’s got Anna Sui’s name on the swing tag.

“I am so excited to announce that my great friend, designer Anna Sui has reproduced some of my favourite looks from her Spring/Summer 1993 Grunge collection,” Marc said on instagram, before getting sentimental. “This photo by #StevenMeisel of Nadja Auermann and Kristen McMenamy has always been one of my favourite depictions of how Grunge influenced and changed fashion and the way we dress. Thank you Anna for participating and bringing your unique talent to our new shop and the world♥️♥️♥️”

The pieces will be available exclusively at Marc Jacobs Maddsion, 655 Madison Avenue NYC when it opens this Friday, November 23, 2018.
