Inside Loewe’s Dreamy Hardcover FW18 Lookbook, Shot by the Incred Fumiko Imano

Cute and weird.

Loewe have been turing their lookbooks into precious viewing material by way of cool artist collabs and limited hardcover publications for a long time. In fact, FW18 marks the 20th instalment of the project, ongoing since 2014.

For FW18, Loewe have worked with the lovely and sweet, and a little bit strange, Fumiko Imano. She is best known for her images that feature herself alongside a fictional twin — the results of an unsettled childhood, a little bit of loneliness and an imaginary friend. Both Fumiko and her twin appear on these Loewe pages with the beaut Liya Kebede.

It’s shot around the Maison de l’UNESCO building in Paris, which is where the show was. So, as well as being very much about the fashions, the images also provide some nice interiors and architectural highlights.

Super collectible, the publication is limited to 1200 hand-numbered copies. Do your best!
