Issa Rae is about the fill the insecure but heaps funny shaped void in your brains. The first trailer for season 3 of her incred show Insecure is here, as well as a season premiere date.

The trailer opens with Issa in her spot: at the mirror rapping affirmations at her self and drifting into old tunes, this time an Aaliyah ft. Timbaland situation. But then there’s a knock at the door. It’s Daniel, who she moved in with at the end of last season after cheating on Lawrence with him. And that’s it. Not more clues.

Insecure season 3 hits HBO on August 12.
