Get Ready To Die: Timothée Chalamet Is Starring In Wes Anderson’s New Jam

RIP us.

RIP us because it has just been reported that ur guy Timothée Chalamet is about to star in ur other guy Wes Anderson’s new film. Titled The French Dispatch, we’re looking at a live-action movie that’s a “love letter to journalists set at an outpost of an American newspaper in 20th-century Paris.” Consider us tickled.

According to Indiewire, alongside Chalamet will be Anderson’s regular crew: Bill Murray, Frances McDormand and Tilda Swinton. Benicio del Toro and Jeffrey Wright will join Chalamet as newcomers. Brad Pitt, Natalie Portman and Léa Seydoux are rumoured.

There are no release dates, no trailers and no character assignments just yet. But, to be fair, we’d be first in line to see this flick even if Chalamet was playing the literal typewriter that the newspaper is written on.
